Restaurant Manager – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a well‑known restaurant in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving the restaurant’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including service, kitchen, and front‑of‑house.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate purchasing, and control costs.
• Analyse daily sales data and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.
• Proven leadership and staff‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
• Kuwait experience and transferable residency preferred.
