About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience for guests. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will support the team, maintain high standards, and contribute to the venue’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the restaurant team during service periods.
• Conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing staff to meet performance and service standards.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor stock usage, control inventory, and minimise waste.
• Ensure accurate billing, cashiering procedures, and cash handling.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, address inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the restaurant before each service.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and health‑and‑safety regulations.
