Retail Sales Executive – Luxury Watches & Jewelry

About the role

Join Minimalist, a fast‑growing luxury brand, as a Retail Sales Executive in Kuwait. You will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our stores, building lasting relationships and guiding them to the perfect product.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every customer, providing detailed product information.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, or leather goods, and close sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high‑standard service experience.
• Promote current promotions, special offers, and discounts to drive sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with internal departments to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing sales experience in Kuwait, preferably in luxury watches or jewelry.
• Relevant academic background (Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or similar) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Fluent Arabic language proficiency.
