Retail Store Manager – Kuwait

About the role

Ipekyol, a leading fashion brand in the Turkish retail market, is expanding its presence in Kuwait. We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Ipekyol store, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Direct staff in customer service, inventory handling, cash reconciliation, and in‑store marketing.
• Assign duties, schedule shifts, and manage performance of team members.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track and control inventory levels.
• Analyze store data to develop strategies that improve KPIs such as unit per transaction, sales volume, and profitability.
• Continuously enhance customer satisfaction through service improvements.

• Proven experience managing a retail fashion store or similar environment.
