About the role
We are seeking a Rigger Supervisor/Truck Pusher to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee rigging operations and manage truck movements, ensuring safety and efficiency on site.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise rigging activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate the movement of trucks and equipment, acting as a “truck pusher” when required.
- Optimize operational processes to improve productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with crew members and other departments.
Required profile
- Proven knowledge and experience as a Rigger Supervisor or Truck Pusher.
- Strong operational coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
- Demonstrated skill in process optimization.
- Effective communication skills and a result‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to grow and adapt in a dynamic environment.
