Rotating Technician (4 positions) – Immediate Joiners

About the role

The company is seeking four experienced Rotating Technicians to join its maintenance team in Jahra, Kuwait. The role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of a wide range of rotating equipment in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, compressors, gearboxes, blowers, motors, fans, agitators and turbines.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, re‑assemble and test rotating machinery, including replacement of bearings, seals, gaskets, couplings and shafts.
• Carry out laser alignment, balancing and vibration analysis to diagnose mechanical issues.
• Maintain lubrication systems, monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot overheating, leakage, abnormal noise and other failures.
• Support stainless‑steel fabrication machinery, assist in welding and mechanical fabrication tasks as required.
• Read and interpret mechanical, P&ID and GA drawings as well as OEM manuals.
• Document maintenance activities, complete checklists, inspection reports and service records.
• Participate in plant shutdowns, turnaround maintenance and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Maintenance (trade certification preferred).
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with rotating equipment maintenance, preferably in GCC industrial settings.
• Experience in a mechanical workshop or stainless‑steel fabrication environment is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
