RPA Maintenance Technician – Deployment Pool

About the role

The RPA Maintenance Technician will join the Deployment Pool, providing critical scheduling and documentation support for remotely piloted aircraft across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The role demands flexibility, adherence to strict deadlines, and the ability to deploy internationally as required.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for aircraft maintenance.
• Oversee the Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) process and ensure proper documentation in IMDS and/or CEMS.
• Maintain aircraft and equipment records within IMDS and CEMS databases.
• Collect, review, and file documentation for planning and scheduling of RPA maintenance activities.
• Ensure accurate records for engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, TCTOs, time‑change items, and special inspections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent military/vocational training.
• Minimum one year of Aircraft Plans & Scheduling experience.
• Basic planning and organizational skills with ability to work under deadlines.
• Eligibility for OCONUS deployment, including medical screening.
• Ability to lift/handle equipment >50 lb and meet physical requirements.
• US citizenship with an active Secret clearance (or obtained within the last 12 months).
• Current U.S. driver’s license, flight‑line driver’s license, and passport with at least two years validity.
