About the role

We are urgently seeking experienced professionals to join our construction team in Kuwait. Two critical positions are open: a Civil QA/QC Inspector and a Civil Supervisor, both requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience and immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough quality assurance and quality control inspections on civil works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Supervise construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor progress against schedules.
• Ensure all work adheres to KOC and KNPC approval requirements where applicable.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports, non‑conformance logs, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain site safety standards and support the overall project delivery team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil QA/QC Inspector or Civil Supervisor.
• Valid Visa 18 that is transferable.
• Ready to join immediately and work on‑site in Kuwait.
• For the Supervisor role, prior approval experience with KOC and KNPC is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in civil construction QA/QC processes.
• Strong knowledge of KOC and KNPC standards and approval procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
