About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand, drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining visual standards and store operations.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers, assist with product selection and promote the loyalty program.
Maintain merchandise presentation, follow visual merchandising guidelines and manage inventory records.
Operate the POS system, handle cash, credit card and voucher transactions accurately.
Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, security procedures and confidentiality of sales data.

Required profile

Well‑groomed, presentable and knowledgeable about brand products.
Flexible to work varied shifts, extended hours during sales periods and overtime as needed.
Strong customer‑service attitude following the GUEST selling methodology.
Attention to detail for stock handling and visual standards.

Required skills

POS system operation.
Cash handling and transaction processing.
Inventory recording and reporting.
