About the role

The Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative, customer‑service and lead‑development support to the Sales team at Waldorf Astoria Kuwait. This position ensures smooth daily operations, helps generate new business opportunities and maintains high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads and respond to sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Understand hotel amenities, packages and promotions to effectively communicate offers.
  • Generate and nurture sales leads, contacting potential clients to build relationships.
  • Prepare quotations, written confirmations and accurate reports for the Sales Director and senior management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues and arrange hotel show rounds.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within hospitality.
  • Relevant degree in sales, business or a related discipline is advantageous.

Required skills

  • High‑level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
