About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations in Salmiya, Kuwait.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain sales records and update reports.
- Assist in handling customer concerns and after‑sales support.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform general administrative and coordination tasks.
Required profile
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in sales coordination or administration is an advantage.
