Sales Coordinator

About the role

As a Sales Coordinator with Hilton, you will be the backbone of the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting lead generation that drives new business. Your work will help create memorable guest experiences by delivering efficient and accurate sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support such as data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking, and recordkeeping.
• Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call summaries, and booking/loyalty reports.
• Research, identify, and evaluate unmanaged and prospect accounts to build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, customers, and hotel partners to discover opportunities, conduct discovery calls, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Support special projects, departmental initiatives, customer engagement activities, and participation in meetings and conferences.
