About the role

The Sales Executive – Certification will drive new business for BV Kuwait by identifying prospects, promoting certification services and managing the full sales cycle. You will act as the primary contact for potential clients, represent the company at industry events, and ensure smooth hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the certification market.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to shape sales strategies.
  • Communicate BV Kuwait services and new products to prospects and attend fairs, seminars and trade shows.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, offers and documentation, and manage pre‑qualification processes.
  • Plan and execute sales visits, maintain logs in AWI and CRM, and track KPIs.
  • Coordinate with CER coordinators to transition sales to operations.
  • Produce weekly visit plans, daily sales logs and monthly/quarterly performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSSE regulations and client requirements.

Required profile

  • Graduate degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, Engineering or a related diploma.
  • 3–7 years of business development or sales experience in a similar market or services domain.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data entry.
