About the role
As a Sales Executive with Hilton, you will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable experiences for guests while driving revenue through new business opportunities. You will work closely with hotel teams to deliver exceptional service and grow the property’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads by analysing local market trends and competitor activity.
- Grow existing customer accounts and travel locally to expand market share.
- Negotiate group and corporate bookings, preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives tailored to the market.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to create comprehensive sales programs and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity and provide timely updates to sales leadership.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries to support conversion and satisfaction.
