Sales Lady for Bakery (Full-time)

About the role
We are a well‑established bakery seeking a friendly and professional Sales Lady to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting our range of baked goods and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer queries and provide excellent service.
- Promote and sell bakery, pastry and confectionery products.
- Maintain attractive product displays and keep the shop clean and organized.
- Process payments, handle cash and operate the POS system.
- Achieve daily sales targets through upselling and product knowledge.
Required profile
- Filipino or Asian nationality.
- Pleasant appearance and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a bakery or sweets environment.
- Strong English communication skills and good interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and as a team player.
Required skills
- Basic cash handling.
- POS system operation.
