Scaffolders Foreman – Kuwait Refinery Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolders Foreman to lead scaffolding operations on refinery, petrochemical and oil & gas construction projects in Kuwait. The role involves supervising on‑site scaffold erection, ensuring compliance with safety standards and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise all scaffolding activities on offshore and on‑shore projects.
• Ensure that all scaffold work complies with local regulations, client specifications and company safety procedures.
• Manage a team of scaffolders, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and subcontractors to align scaffold schedules with overall project timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any non‑conformities promptly.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience as a Scaffolders Foreman in refinery, petrochemical or oil & gas construction.
• Experience on offshore and on‑shore projects is preferred.
• Previous work in the Gulf region and with Korean companies is an advantage.
• Valid KNRPSSC or ITI certification.
