Scaffolding Supervisor – Kuwait

About the role

The company is a leading Korean engineering and construction firm operating refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas and power plant projects in Kuwait. They are seeking experienced Scaffolding Supervisors to manage all scaffolding activities on site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute scaffolding erection, modification and disassembly for large‑scale industrial projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and KNPC‑accredited third‑party certifications.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors and site teams to maintain schedule and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and enforce corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain daily reports, material logs and documentation for audit purposes.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in scaffolding erection, modification and disassembly.
• Training or certification from KNPC‑accredited bodies such as TUV, ABS, Lloyd etc.
• Prior Gulf region experience and exposure to Korean companies is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site from Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
