Senior BI Engineer

About the role

KDD is looking for a Senior BI Engineer to lead the design, implementation and support of enterprise‑wide data integration, data‑warehouse architecture and business‑intelligence solutions across Oracle and Microsoft platforms. The role ensures secure, scalable and high‑performing reporting environments that drive accurate business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain a scalable data‑warehouse architecture.
• Create and maintain data models for reporting and analytics.
• Optimize ETL processes to guarantee data integrity and performance.
• Develop and sustain reports and dashboards using Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIE) and Power BI.
• Implement data‑governance policies and enforce security standards.
• Apply change‑control standards and SDLC best practices for solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Oracle applications with other enterprise tools.
• Own and resolve service requests within SLA timelines.
• Lead planning and execution of application and technology upgrades.
• Document technical processes and produce user guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle BI, Power BI and enterprise data‑warehouse solutions.
• Proven experience with Oracle applications, APIs and integration technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and performance‑tuning abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
