Senior Chemical Sales & Tendering Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Chemical Sales & Tendering Specialist to lead the growth of our chemical portfolio across major Kuwaiti oil and gas companies. The role combines strategic sales, tender management, and deep technical knowledge of chemicals used in refining, petrochemicals, drilling and process industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business with KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, Equate and drilling contractors.
• Manage tendering and bid processes, including LTSA contracts, pricing strategies and bid analysis.
• Provide expertise on chemical procurement cycles, consumption trends and demand forecasting for key clients.
• Build and maintain partnerships with chemical manufacturers, negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and technological advances to advise management on pricing, product development and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in chemical sales, tendering, procurement and technical support.
• Strong understanding of the procurement processes of KNPC, KOC, KIPIC and related entities.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with end‑users, procurement professionals and decision‑makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
