Senior Client Advisor

About the role

The Senior Client Advisor works full‑time on‑site in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area, delivering a premium, personalized experience to every client of Zen Pırlanta. You will guide customers through the entire buying journey, from the first greeting to post‑sale follow‑up, ensuring the brand’s high standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs and recommend suitable luxury jewellery products.
• Manage the complete client journey, including post‑sale follow‑up and after‑sales service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product collections and store visual merchandising.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns and process sales transactions accurately.
• Support store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Collaborate with management to improve client engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and drive loyalty.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in luxury retail, jewellery or high‑end customer‑facing roles.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends and peak retail hours.
• High integrity, attention to detail and reliability with confidential client information and valuable inventory.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Comfortable using digital tools for client record management.
