Senior Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing team in Kuwait. In this role you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build reliable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Ensure 99.9% data availability and quality.
• Optimize data warehouse performance and cost.
• Reduce data processing latency by 30%.
• Enable self‑service analytics for business teams.
• Design and implement scalable data architectures.
• Monitor and maintain pipeline health and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to data quality and performance.
