Senior Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to design, build and maintain custom software solutions that support our global aviation logistics operations. The role involves translating business requirements into reliable code, ensuring compliance with our SOPs and QHSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications, APIs, background services, scheduled tasks and automation solutions.
• Create and manage Windows Services, Azure WebJobs, Azure Functions and other background processing components.
• Integrate internal, external and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, SFTP and related technologies.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, debugging and documentation while maintaining security and compliance.
• Translate software requirements into clean, maintainable code and support ongoing enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification.
• Minimum four years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development life‑cycle, web development, source control and release management.

Required skills

• C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC.
• Entity Framework, ADO.NET and SQL.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON.
• Azure services such as WebJobs and Functions.
• REST and SOAP API development and integration.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
