About the role

The client, a leading retail brand in Kuwait, is seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to lead the creation of its seasonal collections. You will work closely with the Head Designer to translate brand identity into commercially successful designs that resonate with the Middle East market.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop main seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with the Head Designer on concept development, themes, colour palettes and silhouettes.
  • Research global fashion trends, fabrics, trims and techniques relevant to the regional market.
  • Create detailed sketches, technical drawings and design specifications for sampling and production.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in fashion design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating seasonal collection development.
  • Understanding of the Middle East fashion market and consumer preferences.
