Senior Front Office Receptionist – Arabic Speaker

About the role

First impressions are everything! As a Senior Front Office Receptionist you will ensure guests enjoy a memorable stay from arrival through departure by delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑ins, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing friendly, engaging service.
• Supervise day‑to‑day front office operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Address guest concerns promptly, track issues and coordinate with relevant departments for efficient resolution.
• Assist the Front Office Manager with staffing records, scheduling and staff training initiatives.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with proven customer‑service experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team‑leadership experience in a hospitality environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera property management system or similar hotel‑management software.
