Senior Hostess – Kuwait City

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hostess to join a reputable restaurant group in Kuwait City. The role involves leading the front‑of‑house host team, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and supporting the venue’s revenue and loyalty goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, seat and farewell guests with professionalism.
• Identify VIP and regular guests and coordinate personalized service.
• Manage reservations, special requests, guest profiles and reservation notes.
• Oversee seating plans, waitlists, queues and table availability.
• Coordinate table allocation with the Floor Manager and service team.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and service recovery, maintaining records.
• Guide, coach and monitor junior hostesses and front‑of‑house staff.
• Allocate host‑desk duties, monitor performance and ensure a tidy host area.
• Support promotions, guest loyalty initiatives and revenue objectives.
• Prepare reports on guest feedback, VIP activity and service trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant hosting or guest‑relations experience.
• Senior or supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum height of 165 cm with a fit appearance and professional grooming.
• Fluent Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident, presentable and warm personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, reservation‑management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation system software.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.

• Salary range: 500 – 600 KD per month.
