Senior Landscape Designer – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a highly professional Senior Landscape Designer to lead the design and planning of residential, commercial, and public projects in Kuwait. The role involves taking concepts from initial ideas through to detailed execution while ensuring client satisfaction and project quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and planning of diverse landscape projects from concept to completion.
• Create 2D and 3D presentations, renderings, and visualisations using industry‑standard software.
• Meet with clients to capture requirements, preferences, budget, and timelines.
• Select appropriate plants, materials, lighting, water features, and outdoor furniture based on project and environmental needs.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve design issues, and ensure quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and drafting staff.
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and project meetings.
• Support Operations and Maintenance teams with technical design assistance when required.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in landscape design, covering residential, commercial, hospitality, and public projects.
• Strong understanding of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and sustainable design principles.
