Senior Marketing Executive (Kuwait)

About the role

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Managers in developing and executing brand initiatives for Bloomingdale’s 360 and other luxury brands in Kuwait. The role combines strategic planning, creative storytelling and hands‑on execution of campaigns, events and social media content.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a monthly PR & Marketing calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Lead ideation and creative storytelling across content, social and creative teams.
• Recommend cost‑effective marketing activities, source events and sponsorships to boost brand awareness.
• Manage brand marketing spend, ensuring budget compliance and cost savings.
• Monitor market trends and share insights for campaign optimisation.
• Drive branding activities in line with buying team priorities and develop partnerships to increase on‑site traffic.
• Sign off artwork, maintaining brand tone of voice and visual standards.
• Coordinate media campaigns with the digital marketing team, tracking KPIs and brand‑building activations.
• Support CRM and loyalty strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction.
• Create compelling social‑media content and work with the social team on growth strategies across Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat.
• Build relationships with mall management, KOLs and media, and oversee events, sponsorships, PR activations and VIP experiences.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketing professional with experience in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
• Strong understanding of market trends and brand positioning.
