Senior Project Lead – IT & Digital Projects

About the role

KUWAITNET is looking for an experienced Senior Project Lead to own the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise IT and digital projects across Kuwait and the GCC. You will act as the primary bridge between clients, design, QA and development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously, including e‑commerce platforms, content management portals, web and mobile applications, booking and banking systems.
• Gather client requirements, define scope, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project plans, wireframes, System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and other technical documentation.
• Track and report on project status, budget, risks and timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of designers, front‑end and back‑end developers.
• Facilitate hand‑off sessions and code releases to ensure business continuity.
• Work closely with QA to guarantee that all requirements and quality standards are met.
• Own delivery from kickoff through go‑live and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT project management or project leadership.
• Proven experience managing enterprise IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel under tight deadlines.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum or equivalent.
