Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential and commercial construction projects.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Oversee contract administration, variation orders, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project performance and deliver regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record managing both residential and commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent planning software.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
