Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition across the organization. In this role you will partner with hiring managers, department leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs, design recruitment strategies and attract top‑tier talent in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for key positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill and high‑impact roles using job boards, referrals, social media and talent networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements, interview processes and candidate evaluation criteria.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Track hiring metrics, analyze data and recommend process improvements.
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably across multiple functions or business units.
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to use metrics to guide decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, talent networks).
• Proficiency in conducting competency‑based interviews.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
