Senior Sales Manager

About the role

As a Senior Sales Manager with Hilton, you will lead the generation and management of group sales, creating memorable experiences for guests while driving revenue growth across assigned market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and database mining to exceed sales targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned markets, nurturing existing accounts and developing new relationships to increase room revenue.
• Analyze hotel and market trends to design and execute targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts that align with client needs and maximize profitability.
• Coordinate customer requirements for rooms, food & beverage, and meeting spaces, ensuring accurate entry into the hotel’s sales management system.
