Senior Social Media & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Content Creator to lead our brand’s online presence across short‑form platforms. You will combine creative storytelling with data‑driven insights to produce videos that capture attention, grow audiences and meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, script, film and edit high‑quality short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube.
• Develop and execute content plans aligned with brand goals and real‑time social data.
• Identify emerging viral trends and integrate them quickly into marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers and external creators to expand reach.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse KPIs and optimise content in real time.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital content creation or social media management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and short‑form video production.
• Excellent copywriting ability to craft concise, click‑inducing captions.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and adjust strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile and desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro and Canva.
