Senior System Administrator – Kuwait City

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join a leading IT organization in Kuwait City. The role focuses on managing Windows and virtualization environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across the infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server platforms and Hyper‑V environments.
• Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, vCenter, and related features such as vMotion, DRS, and HA.
• Manage Citrix XenApp and terminal server deployments.
• Perform Microsoft O365 migrations from Exchange.
• Handle AD domain services, DNS, DHCP, group policy, and trust relationships.
• Configure storage solutions, including HP Synergy, Nutanix, and IBM storage, and set up Windows clusters with SQL Server.
• Create and manage VM templates, snapshots, cloning, and backup procedures.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in Windows server administration and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of VMware and Hyper‑V technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Citrix XenApp, O365 migration, and AD/DNS/DHCP services.
• Ability to work independently and join the team immediately.
