Senior Systems Engineer – Parking & Access Control

About the role

We are seeking a highly‑skilled Senior Systems Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our Commercial department’s parking and access control solutions. The role involves end‑to‑end deployment, maintenance, and technical support of advanced low‑voltage systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain parking management and access control hardware, including ANPR (LPR), IP surveillance, loop detectors and automated barriers.
• Interpret MEP drawings, perform low‑voltage cabling, and configure network infrastructure (VLANs, IP addressing, NVRs, servers).
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking and hydraulic issues to maintain system uptime.
• Collaborate with civil and electrical teams to verify installations against as‑built designs.
• Provide technical support to clients and field teams, create user guides and train junior technicians.

Required profile

• BSc/BEng in Electronics, Mechatronics, IT Networking or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical support, field service or low‑voltage system installation, preferably in parking or access control.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience with platforms such as AMANO, SKIDATA, HID, Nedap, DESIGNA or FAAC.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Axis Camera Academy, Hydraulics certificate) are a plus.
