About the role
We are seeking a motivated Showroom Salesman to join Albaghli United Sponge, a leading Kuwaiti manufacturer and retailer of mattresses and bedding solutions. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide an outstanding showroom experience.
- Recommend products that match customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum three years of sales experience.
- Experience in hospitality, furniture, bedding, or related industries.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven ability to cross‑sell and upsell.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
