Site Manager – Transient Aircraft Services (Secret Clearance)

About the role
The Site Manager leads day‑to‑day operations for Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services (SWA TAS) at an assigned location. Reporting to the Lead Site Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient aircraft arrival, marshaling, servicing, turn‑around and departure in a 24/7/365 austere environment while complying with all contractual and government directives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a ZERO‑harm workplace by enforcing flight‑line safety, FOD prevention and tool‑control procedures.
- Oversee all TAS activities – aircraft arrival, parking, servicing, turn‑around and departure – to meet Performance Work Statement objectives.
- Lead, mentor and schedule flight‑line personnel to sustain continuous 24/7 coverage, including surge and contingency operations.
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders, monitor performance trends and resolve operational challenges affecting aircraft flow.
- Inspect and audit work for compliance with Technical Orders, airfield procedures and quality‑assurance standards; implement corrective actions as needed.
Required profile
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Proven leadership experience in high‑tempo aviation or airfield environments.
- Strong knowledge of flight‑line safety, environmental, and quality‑assurance requirements.
- Ability to work in austere conditions and manage 24/7/365 operations.
