About the role

The Skincare Sales Manager will lead the retail sales of our skincare portfolio in Kuwait City. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue growth, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and strengthening brand presence across our stores.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Lead, coach and evaluate a dynamic sales team.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including training, distribution and staff motivation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, merchandising and visual presentation.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service and relationship management.
  • Strong team‑leadership and training capabilities.
  • In‑depth knowledge of skincare products and beauty industry trends.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in the skincare industry is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
