Social Media Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Account Manager to join Brand Lift, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. In this full‑time onsite position you will be the primary liaison for our clients, understand their business objectives and deliver tailored social media and digital marketing solutions that drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long‑term relationships.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO and SEM channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors using project tools such as Asana, Trello and Zoho.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet agreed‑upon milestones.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, digital marketing or campaign analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media marketing.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello and Zoho.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
