Social Media Content Creator

About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will join Fiz’s marketing team in Kuwait City, planning and producing engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms to support the company’s fast grocery delivery service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Create posts, stories, short‑form videos and write captions that reflect brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media trends, respond to audience interactions and track basic performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaign launches and brainstorm creative concepts.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kuwait City and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation; familiarity with grocery, retail or delivery sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Ability to create engaging graphics, short videos and written posts for multiple platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills for clear, concise captioning.
• Comfort using social media analytics tools to track reach, engagement and growth.
