Social Media & Creative Content Manager (Kuwait)

About the role

Elite Swim Team is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Creative Content Manager to join our on‑site team in Kuwait. This full‑time position will focus on building our digital presence, producing engaging visual content, and supporting the growth of our youth swimming programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Elite Swim Team’s social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and others.
• Plan, create and launch monthly marketing campaigns that attract swimmers and their parents.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos during training sessions, competitions and events.
• Produce short‑form videos such as Reels, Shorts and TikTok clips.
• Design graphics and marketing materials for social media and promotional use.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to enhance content creation efficiency.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies for youth sports audiences.

Required profile

• Passion for sports, especially swimming, and experience in youth‑focused environments.
• Currently residing in Kuwait and able to work on‑site full‑time.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a proactive, energetic attitude.
