Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the creation and distribution of engaging content for our brand across all major social platforms. Working on‑site in Kuwait City, you will collaborate closely with creative and operations teams to ensure social output aligns with brand guidelines, client projects and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content tailored to each platform.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive reach and engagement.
• Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery.
• Optimize posts for maximum visibility and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage community interactions, responding to messages and comments, and fostering relationships with followers, partners, influencers and collaborators.
• Support brand collaborations and influencer initiatives.
• Coordinate with creative and operations teams to align social content with overall brand strategy.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and SMO experience with a proven track record of growing engaged audiences.
• Ability to design platform‑specific content strategies.
• Excellent written communication for captions, messaging and internal collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography aesthetics.
• Fluency in English; relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in creative industries such as photography, videography, fashion or events is a plus.
