Social Media Manager

About the role

White Roastery is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its team in Kuwait City. Working in a hybrid setting, you will shape the brand’s online presence, showcase its specialty coffee and bakery offerings, and engage a growing community of coffee enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across all social media platforms.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
• Engage with the online community, responding to messages and comments professionally.
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize posts and campaigns, and report insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, café operations, and sales teams to align social media activities with business goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, propose new ideas, and maintain consistent visual and written brand identity.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective content strategies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for on‑brand messaging.
• Experience managing social media for consumer brands, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Kuwait City and manage multiple projects.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
