Social Media Manager

About the role

Mini Melts is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence in Kuwait City. You will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and supports its marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily posting schedules across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Snapchat.
• Monitor online conversations, respond to comments and messages, and optimise content for reach and engagement.
• Design and launch social media campaigns in coordination with store teams for promotions and events.
• Analyse performance metrics, generate regular reports and provide insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and operations teams to align social media activities with broader brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation.
• Experience in content strategy and digital copywriting.
• Excellent communication skills for audience engagement and internal coordination.
• Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat) and current social trends.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field; experience in food & beverage, retail or consumer brands is a plus.
