Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will join Top Group Holding’s marketing team in Farwaniya to drive brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple digital channels. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating, publishing, and optimizing content that reflects the company’s luxury lifestyle and fashion portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and adjust campaigns to meet brand objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and internal stakeholder teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages and trends in real time.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform best practices, algorithm changes and emerging social media trends.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media and digital marketing.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and audience interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.
• Use of social media analytics tools for performance tracking.
• Creation and adaptation of content formats (text, image, video, stories, reels) to suit each platform.
