Social Media Officer – Account Associate

About the role

The Social Media Officer (also referred to as Account Associate) at Bricks acts as the bridge between clients and internal teams, managing daily communications and overseeing the execution of social media initiatives that support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter) and other relevant channels.
• Write compelling captions that reflect the company’s brand voice.
• Design or coordinate graphics, videos and other multimedia assets.
• Monitor daily activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers professionally.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity and emerging best practices.
• Analyze social media metrics, prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote initiatives, products, services, events and employer branding.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns when required.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Ensure all published content complies with company policies and brand guidelines.
