Social Media Officer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Social Media Officer to join our team in Kuwait City. You will create and manage engaging social media content, run marketing campaigns, and optimise audience interaction across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling and posting for several business units.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, tools and platform updates to maximise performance.
• Publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and online conversations to foster community engagement.
• Support events, shoots and campaign coverage as needed.
• Work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Proficiency in social media content creation and writing in Arabic and English.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and report on results.
• Understanding of current social media trends and strategies.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Ability to produce basic visuals: static images, reels, short videos, photo & video editing, templates and layouts.
