Social Media Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Officer (also referred to as Account Associate) to act as the bridge between clients and our internal team, managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth communication. The role combines project management, content creation, and community engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter) and other relevant channels.
• Write compelling captions that reflect the company’s brand voice.
• Design or coordinate graphics, videos, and multimedia content.
• Monitor daily social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers professionally.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote initiatives, products, services, events, and employer branding.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns when required.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Ensure all published content complies with company policies and brand guidelines.
• Support marketing campaigns through social media promotions and digital engagement initiatives.
