About the role

Microsoft is offering a six‑month paid Solution Engineer internship designed exclusively for Kuwaiti nationals. The program combines a one‑month onboarding and technical bootcamp with five months of on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and real‑world project exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a bootcamp to acquire Microsoft‑recognized technical certifications.
• Shadow customer stakeholder interactions and support digital transformation projects.
• Consume readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and promote internal team readiness.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and help shape product strategy.
• Collaborate with Microsoft teams on AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing initiatives.
