Spa Beautician – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Beautician to join our spa team at Marriott International in Kuwait City. In this full‑time position you will deliver a range of massage and body‑treatment services while ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest health information and contraindications before each service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and sterilize all tools and linens.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and monitor their comfort throughout the session.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Follow Marriott’s SOP for handling inappropriate guest behavior and report any safety incidents.
• Adhere to all company policies, uniform standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree related to spa or beauty services.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a spa or wellness setting.
• Valid state or regional massage license.
• No supervisory experience required.
