About the role
We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the spa and wellness department at a premier 5‑star hotel in Kuwait City. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will ensure the spa operates in line with the Grand Hyatt brand standards while delivering exceptional experiences that exceed guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with brand standards.
- Develop and implement wellness programmes and treatments that position the spa as a leading luxury destination.
- Manage budgeting, inventory, and procurement for spa products and equipment.
- Lead, coach, and schedule spa staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and proactively anticipate guest needs to foster lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to integrate spa offerings into overall guest experiences.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a manager in a luxury spa within a 5‑star hotel.
- Strong leadership track record in high‑end hospitality environments.
- Completed an accredited programme in massage and beauty therapy.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience performing massage and beauty treatments in a resort or hotel spa (preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, problem‑solving environment.
